Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix thoroughly until a thick, smooth dough forms and all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls between your hands. Arrange the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Gently press each ball with a fork, then press again at a right angle to create a criss-cross pattern. This helps the cookies bake evenly and gives them their classic appearance.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the bottoms of the cookies are lightly golden and the edges are just set.
- Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve once cooled.
