Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix thoroughly until a thick, smooth dough forms and all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls between your hands. Arrange the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  4. Gently press each ball with a fork, then press again at a right angle to create a criss-cross pattern. This helps the cookies bake evenly and gives them their classic appearance.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the bottoms of the cookies are lightly golden and the edges are just set.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool briefly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve once cooled.
