Hot Chocolate Fudge

Hot Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbs Heavy Cream
  • 1 – 14-ounce can Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1-⅓ cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1-½ cups Miniature Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with wax paper or foil, leaving an overhang, and lightly coat with non-stick spray or butter.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips, heavy cream, and half of the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir the vanilla extract into the melted dark chocolate mixture until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.
  4. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips with the remaining sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each round, until melted and smooth.
  5. Spread the white chocolate mixture evenly over the dark chocolate layer.
  6. Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows over the top and gently press them into the surface.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the fudge is fully set.
  8. Remove the fudge from the pan using the paper overhang and carefully peel away the paper or foil.
  9. Cut the fudge into bite-sized pieces and serve.
