Smoked Salmon Bagel Board
Ingredients
- 4 Plain Bagels, sliced
- 200g Smoked Salmon
- 250g Cream Cheese
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs, halved
- 1 Small Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 150g Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Capers
- Fresh Dill
- Fresh Chives, chopped
- 1 Lemon, cut into wedges
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Slice the bagels in half and lightly toast them if desired.
- Spread the cream cheese into a serving bowl and place it in the centre of a large serving board.
- Arrange the smoked salmon around the cream cheese, folding the slices loosely for an attractive presentation.
- Add the bagels, avocado, boiled eggs, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion around the board.
- Scatter the capers over the smoked salmon.
- Garnish with fresh dill, chopped chives and plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
- Finish with lemon wedges around the edge of the board.
- Serve immediately, allowing everyone to build their own bagels.
