Smoked Salmon Bagel Board

Ingredients

  • 4 Plain Bagels, sliced
  • 200g Smoked Salmon
  • 250g Cream Cheese
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs, halved
  • 1 Small Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 150g Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • Fresh Dill
  • Fresh Chives, chopped
  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the bagels in half and lightly toast them if desired.
  2. Spread the cream cheese into a serving bowl and place it in the centre of a large serving board.
  3. Arrange the smoked salmon around the cream cheese, folding the slices loosely for an attractive presentation.
  4. Add the bagels, avocado, boiled eggs, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion around the board.
  5. Scatter the capers over the smoked salmon.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill, chopped chives and plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
  7. Finish with lemon wedges around the edge of the board.
  8. Serve immediately, allowing everyone to build their own bagels.
